Tracker: Removal of CentOS 7/8 containerdisks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

This is a tracker for the eventual removal of the now deprecated CentOS 7 and CentOS 8 containerdisks.

We will use this issue to identify and then track this date in the coming months.
