Please remove or move a DevOps tutorial into a new place

Considering the DevOps team has not announced official news to support integration with MeterSphere. And there're a few questions asked from the KubeSphere Chinese forum. I'm requesting to remove this tutorial. Or consider turning it into a blog instead of an official interaction tutorial.

The important part is that please add a notice to let users know this's just a demo show.

Give this is a breaking change for the documentation. Please consider making an announcement about this. For example:

• Post a message on the Chinese forum
• Having a notice at the beginning of the blog
