Adding a new feature for shutting down cluster gracefully. The current Kubesphere doesn't contain any shutdown options.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding a new option "stop" in kubekey and with its help, an user can shutdown cluster in a graceful way.

Usage: kk [command]

Available Commands: stop Shutdown kubernetes cluster
