给宿主机上的 /etc/kubekey/haproxy/haproxy.cfg 和 父目录 /etc/kubekey/haproxy/ 添加执行644权限（部分操作系统可能需要755权限）

每次添加节点都要重新在每个节点手动添加权限，这不应该是kk 工具的问题吗？这个权限问题应该kk 工具去做适配吧
