add mcp server command for kubekey.
portocal transport support
it should support studin and sse transport.
tool list
it should has contains all builtin command tools like:
- generate config
- create inventory (temporary store by each session)
- create cluster
- delete cluster
- renew cluster
- add node
- delete node
- get node information
