添加节点后,所有节点unready

添加节点后,发现所有节点都unready,排查发现haproxy 出现了异常,之前的加速器失效了,/etc/kubernetes/manifests/haproxy.yaml中的镜像无法成功获取library/haproxy:2.9.6-alpine,建议这儿直接换为aliyun 镜像, registry.cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/kubesphereio/haproxy:2.9.6-alpine,彻底屏蔽对dockerub的依赖.
