just like ver3.* did. ./kk version --show-supported-k8s

In Kubekey v4, to enhance compatibility, all software versions and Kubernetes versions can be customized. Theoretically, it supports all Kubernetes versions. However, we have not yet tested it with every Kubernetes version. Based on future test results, we will provide recommended software version configurations for each Kubernetes version. the config like: https://github.com/kubesphere/kubekey/blob/feature-gitops/builtin/inventory/config.yaml
