kubekey default install haproxy

Hello, thank you very much for providing kubekey, a useful tool. When I was deploying k8s with the kubekey tool. I chose to install haproxy, but after I completed the deployment, I found that the imagePullpolicy of haproxy was alway. May I ask whether the policy of imagePullpolicy can be configured in comfig-sample.yaml? like ifNotPreset
