What is your os environment?

centos 8.3 64bit

A clear and concise description of what happend.

1、add nodes through ./kk add nodes -f sample.yaml 2、check node status image

3、I solved the problem by copying the file resolv.conf from the master node to the newly added node image

This question should be related to kubeadm. 1It may need to be circumvented by overriding the configuration.
