Indicate the being deleting Pipelines on the list page

As you can see, the deleting Pipelines have the exact same status as normal Pipelines. But I already triggered the delete action on a particular one. Considering the Jenkins server is down, the Pipeline will exist until the Jenkins is ready. But we still could be aware it's deleted by field metadata.deletionTimestamp.
