A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The user name could not be edited when we created the credentials at the "Import Code Repository" page.
And we should support creating the credential by the "user name and password",so we'd better fix it.
For UI issues please also add a screenshot that shows the issue.
Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: 3.3.0-rc1
