S2i stuck because of project quota exceeded

Describe the Bug As shown in the following screenshot, s2i hung because of project resource quota exceeded. But there is not error message or any useful information help user understand what's going on here..

For UI issues please also add a screenshot that shows the issue.

Versions Used KubeSphere: v3.0.0. Kubernetes: v1.18.6
