Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: v3.3.0

precondition 1、enable logging，events and auditing 2、The user 'test' does not have permission to access the cluster and enterprise space To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login ks with user 'test'
  2. Click on 'toolbox'
  3. Click on 'Container Log Search' ,' Resource Event Search' and ' Audit Log Search'

Expected behavior Cancle display 'The component is not enabled. [Learn More]'
