The SC type option for creating a storage volume is missing

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. UI Creation workloads do not support dynamic selection of SC and dynamic creation of PVC For UI issues please also add a screenshot that shows the issue. image

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere:3.1.0 Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this)

1.Create a workload 2.To create a storage volume, you can select only existing PVC volumes, such as hostHostPath and emptydir

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The YAML format allows you to select the sc name when creating a workload, declare PVC to dynamically create a PV, and expect the UI section to support selecting the SC type
