Upload helm chart package only has .gz extention in upload chart dialog on Windows 10 Firefox

Describe the bug On Windows 10 Firefox, upload helm chart only has .gz extention in upload chart dialog. Chrome has two extensions.

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: v3.0.0 Client: Windows 10 Firefox

Expected behavior Dialog has .gz and .tgz extention filters.

On FireFox, is .tar and .gz now, should be .gz and .tgz, Chrome is correct.

Firefox is still missing .tgz.
