Save as datastore button not highlighted if a different tab is selected and you return

If you select one of the OTel Collector based data stores, enable but do not save it, and then click to a different data store and return, the slider is still 'on' but you no longer can click the save button.

We should 'lose' the setting for the current data store if we enable the slider, do not save the setting, and go to another screen. On returning, the toggle switch would be in the off position.
