UI: Add option to force save definitions

At the moment, the User is not able to save the definitions in Testkube Dashboard, if these do not match CRD spec. Sometimes the spec is not 100% accurate, so the User should be able to "Force Save".

As a solution, the "Save" button could have a dropdown next to it, which will allow to "Force Save" ignoring the schema validation.

After investigating this issue, it seems like this needs BE work in order to ignore matching CRD spec.
