Test Testkube against multiple Kubernetes versions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Testkube engineer, I want to be sure that testkube runs on the given Cloud Provider / Kubernetes version matrix.

Tests can be run when the main version is generated as they could be quite long.

Results should be generated as a document with table and put into our docs automatically
