Investigate and support folder based cypress tests, if possible

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, I want to test out that my cypress tests are executed correctly inside testkube before I push it to Github, but that is not possible as the only way to create Cypress tests is with the --git-uri option.

Describe the solution you'd like Support perhaps a --folder option to create Cypress tests locally.

This can later expand to other executors that need folders/projects to be configured, including Postman...
