Auto updater downloads new version several times in certain conditions

Describe the bug Application updater always starts downloading from the start when you open the application. Even though it is already downloading.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• After downloading starts close the application and start again or
• Press check new version button twice before it is disabled.

Expected behavior It should continue from where it stops.
