Kustomize patch issues

Two issues related to patches:

  • Monokle doesn't always find them (probably a core issue) - see invalid path below
  • Patches that aren't resources aren't shown in the Kustomize accordion panel - see below, none of the patches referred to in the overlay are shown in the panel

#3863 fixes the file refs - this was an issue with Desktop not passing file paths to core
