The user can display a vertical subpanel wherever they are editing with useful information and some actions regarding errors, links and more - to avoid back and forth between editing view and others such as validation panel, settings, etc. It's about having useful fixing resources at hand while editing

• It's available in the regular editor and in the Cluster insights editing view. Same design for both.
• Displaying and hiding it is sticky
• tab selection within the subpane is also sticky. Tab selected prevails over resource changing
• 3 tabs are offered by default: errors / links / info with resource related actions
• a 4th dinamic tab appears with Line of code related info (label TBD: "insights"?)
• User can supress errors only for related resource
