Fix multi-resource actions

The action for updating multiple resources at a time has to be refactored. This issue is dependent on: https://github.com/kubeshop/monokle/issues/3084

Study what is needed to make multi-resource actions after the changes in the refactor

if we can't do it on time, disable multiple files actions, and create another issue for later (2.0.1 or 2.1)
