Command composition: preview any YAML

We'd like to be able to configure any shell command that outputs a YAML content, save it in a dedicated Panel in Monokle and then be able to run Previews on those commands.

This would allow us to use more complex configurations of Helm/Kustomize or use completely different templating tools when generating a Preview.
