Remind the user of adding .monokle/ to its .gitignore file

When we create a project or you add a folder to Monokle, a .monokle/ folder is created, with metadata used by the application. In a GitOps context, that will mean that .monokle is added to git and shared. During installation, we could remind the customer about an easy fix: add .monokle/ to the .gitignore file so the metadata is not synced.

A text during installation and the upgrade to 1.11 would be enough
