Streamlining the editor menu

Let’s revamp the Editor menu CTAs, improving UX & looks and aligning both Desktop and SaaS.

In a nutshell:

• We’ll place there all actions required at resource level
• Text labels are preferred over icons
• 1 main actions / N secondary ones
