[compare] Disregard Kustomize configMap postfix when comparing

Describe the enhancement you'd like to see Currently, resources are compared on their full resource identifier which looks at the resource name. Kustomize postfixes configMaps with a hash of the content to force deployments to redeploy once a configMap changes. As seen in the screenshot below, our compare algorithm sees this as unrelated resources.

Ideally we tweak the algorithm for Kustomize so this is compatible since it's a key feature part of every Kustomization and for Monokle it's a key feature to see differences between configurations.
