Automatic installation of supported tool(s)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm new to kubernetes and need to install an API gateway to expose my API. I want to use kusk with one of its supported gateways but need help installing the gateway itself and any other necessary components. Perhaps kusk could help with that?

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a kusk install <gateway> command, that helps me install the specified gateway in my cluster.

I'm fine with us just doing this for one gateway to start with - as a PoC - whichever one is easiest!
