Note that the "Windows in Kubernetes" pages have been moved from "Getting started" to "Concepts", and two files have been renamed. These changes are not yet reflected in the Japanese pages.

We need to perform the following tasks:

1. Move the "windows" directory and its contents. From: content/ja/docs/setup/production-environment/windows To: content/ja/docs/concepts (create the "windows" directory)

2. Rename the following files: intro-windows-in-kubernetes.md -> intro.md user-guide-windows-containers.md -> user-guide.md

3. Update each file in the "windows" directory.

I think it is better to create a single PR for moving and renaming first, and then update each file after that PR is merged.

I'll start by creating a PR to move and rename the files as suggested Will submit a separate PR for content updates after this structural change is merged.
