Translate 2025-11-12-ingress-nginx-retirement into Korean.

The following terms have been standardized throughout the document:

  • "Ingress" to "인그레스"
  • "NGINX" to "NGINX"
  • "Ingress NGINX" to "인그레스 NGINX"
  • "Gateway API" -> "Gateway API"
