I just realised there are 3 other items missing, which are not directly tied to alpha/beta/GA features. I will try to work it out over the weekend.
Please note that there has been a new section "Spotlight on key updates" added, which moved 2 sections up to the top of the blog ("in-place resource resize" and "kuberc"), along with adding sidecar container graduating to stable, which was somehow missed (it was there in the Comms internal draft, but I probably didn't copy things correctly...).
As there are quite a few commits at this point, I'll do a rebase / squash once the review is complete. For now, in order to keep the review history intact, I'm doing a merge from the master.

All the suggestions up to this point have been handled. There have been some grammatical fixes with a9fc5d8d00, and also slight wording adjustments with f8121e36be, 708748274f and 21ccf332d4.
Now this blog has all the details, including the webinar information (0344b9867e), and logo + theme (1e379833b6).
The only remaining action items before merge are:
- [x] Ensure webinar link is working (currently a broken link)
- This is being worked on with CNCF
- [x] Follow up on the open discussion points (if no response by EOD Monday, we will proceed with what we have now)
- Closing all the remaining discussion points as of 11 PM BST
- [x] Word wrap the entire document
- Updated with 2fa69d9217
- [x] Squash and clean up the commit history

I would like to especially thank all of the v1.33 Comms team, @aibarbetta @aakankshabhende @Udi-Hofesh and @sn3hay for all of their effort into writing up this blog. This happens to be the longest blog in the recent releases (7000+ words, compared to the recent second longest of v1.31 with 5000+ words), and it would have not been possible without their continuous effort and support.
