Add “duration” to glossary

What would you like to be added Update https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/glossary/ to include an entry for [what Kubernetes means by a] duration.

Why is this needed There are specific rules for what goes in a duration field in our API; a glossary entry will help here.

Hi @aryasoni98 as you can see , I have assigned this issue to myself earlier. (anyone is welcome to work on this - we have a “no cookie licking” policy in SIG Docs)

If someone has said they plan to work on an issue, and you're also considering that work, it's polite - but not mandatory - to try to co-ordinate.
