Implement end-to-end tests to ensure stability and backwards compatibility of new packages

We need to create a set of end-to-end tests to ensure that new packages built and hosted on OBS are valid and working, and are backwards compatible with old packages.

The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all issues.
