When i run kubectl apply..., response as above

SIG CLI takes a lead on issue triage for this repo, but any Kubernetes member can accept issues by applying the triage/accepted label.

this is my config yaml
@sontt-1215, this looks like grpc problem. Could you please assure that your apiserver is running properly?. Can you run any kubectl commands?. As a general can you access your cluster?
