Implement Debug Mode for Cloud APIs

AWS cloud API has a debugging mode that would be helpful

config := aws.NewConfig().WithRegion(region).WithLogLevel(aws.LogDebugWithHTTPBody)

Configures the AWS API to log all HTTP Bodies.

It would be good to have a cloud HTTP API debug mode.
