Maintainer wanted for Kube-router

kOps needs a maintainer for Kube-router, to keep versions up to date and move the integration from experimental to stable.

If no volunteers step up by the time kOps 1.27 is released, support will be phased out.

Thanks @asajaroff & @chenliu1993. Much appreciated. Already updated the manifest for kube-router in the past 6 months, but would be nice to see if there's anything missing or the version is outdated.
