Use ALIAS for kubernetes.io?

Cloud DNS has ALIAS in preview, we should consider switching kubernetes.io to an ALIAS record with the netlify subdomain, AIUI previously there was a load balancer outage netlify mitigated in DNS, but not for sites on the A record.

Aside: it's sad we can't get IPv6 for kubernetes.io :(
