[Doc] Documentation for just an internal load balancer
I think it will be a good idea to have a section of the documentation mention how one can provision an internal load balancer, without the need of provisioning an external one. Right now a section does mention the method to provision an additional internal load balancer along with an external one. (https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/tree/main/charts/ingress-nginx#additional-internal-load-balancer). Will be pretty good if we can have a section mentioning explicit provisioning of an internal load balancer only. I'm happy to raise a PR for the same if the community would like to have this in place.

No. But the annotation does depend on the version of kubernetes/chart you are using.
