impossible to drag left menu scrollbar

What happened?

Since version 2.6.1 left menu scrollbar became ridiculously narrow. It now occupies only 1-2px line which is almost impossible to drag using laptop's touchpad or trackpoint.

What did you expect to happen?

Scrollbars should be sized enough to be able to use them on laptops without a mouse.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Install 2.6.1 or 2.7.0. Try to use mouse pointer via touchpad to drag a left menu scrollbar.
