                        Restart option for DaemonSets
What would you like to be added
As of Dashboard 2.3, this feature #4254 introduced a Restart option to the panel which lists deployments in namespace. This feature is particularly important to allow us to get the behaviour described in rolling release section in order to minimise downtime when we need to restart a deployment. This option, however, is not available for both panels of DaemonSets and StatefulSets. Therefore, it becomes kind of painful to restart all pods within my Fluent-bit DaemonSet so I can reload my config-map, because of the amount of nodes I have.
Why is this needed
The two main reasons are: a. To easily restart all pods within a DaemonSet of a large cluster; and b. To reduce downtime by applying rolling release policy when restarting a DaemonSet or a StatefulSet.
