Improve documentation clarity in the long-lived Bearer Token section as requested in issue #10145.

Changes made:

• Enhanced explanation of when to use long-lived vs short-lived tokens
• Added security considerations and best practices
• Restructured the long-lived token section with clear step-by-step instructions
• Added better explanations for token lifecycle and validity
• Improved formatting and readability throughout the document
• Added cleanup instructions for long-lived tokens
