Looking for additional Election Officers

The 2025 Steering Elections need two more election officers: one Officer and one Alternate. See role requirements here.

Most of the work on the election takes about two months, starting in August or September depending on when the Officers start the process. You will be working with @cblecker and @reylejano, both of whom worked on last year's elections. Full requirements on the elections page, but the other major qualifications are that you be a longstanding community member, and not running in the 2025 election.

If you are interested in being an election officer, please comment on this thread. SIG-ContribEx will choose candidates to recommend to Steering, who will make the final decisions.
