Update - Installation requirement for linux section

Describe the issue

The installation requirement section for Linux (Fedora) uses the command sudo yum groupinstall "Developement Tools"

The yum is deprecated for fedora and Development Tools is not found in the group list.

Need to change the installation steps to use dnf package manager
