Describe the issue

As a member of the YouTube administration team, a weekly schedule is needed to aid in the YouTube video editing.

I'm hesitant to say make me emeritus given Bob and Jorge are but, I haven't done or helped with anything since contributor awards last year. I'm usually the "Uh oh... Help!" POC.

@chris-short the idea is to move folx to emeritus for that very reason. I will be doing an unconference talk hopefully to get some new members. Let me know your thoughts

The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all issues and PRs.
