Migrate gce-specific ingress e2e tests from in-tree to cloud-provider-gcp

  • Migrates the gce-specific e2e ingress tests from k/k in-tree to this cloud-provider-gcp repository.
  • Previous file location (at v1.30): https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/release-1.30/test/e2e/network/ingress_gce.go

Status

  • 9 out of 10 tests passing (one test is currently commented out--PR on-hold)
