This check is already done in https://github.com/kubernetes/autoscaler/blob/92c182feda0a08a7ff594bff17f457713294f61b/cluster-autoscaler/core/scaleup/orchestrator/orchestrator.go#L437-L447 so we don't have to do it again.

Hi @jriedel-ionos. Thanks for your PR.
I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

IMO, we can cherry-pick these changes(as it is a bug fix) to the supported CA releases (CA 1.28 - CA 1.31).
Let's wait for other members' opinions. cc @x13n @piepmatz WDYT?

Yeah, if this bug exists in the previous CA releases(supported) then it will be good to fix it in those releases.
