Finalize v1alpha1 and do a v0.6 patch release

Describe the issue:

Before starting v1alpha2 which will remove BANP as a separate CR and combine BANP and ANP as one resource with tier-ing concept, let's cut 0.6 patch release with a finalized v1alpha1
