Proposal Kustomize logo - layers and patches

Regarding #6004

• The logo uses the uppercase K of Ubuntu font used in Kubernetes Logo.
• The background is created with 3 layers of semitransparent blue color of Kubernetes logo.
• Some lines that should evoke patchwork are adder on top.

As I am not a graphig designer the actual logo could look differrent but should express the list above.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

SIG CLI takes a lead on issue triage for this repo, but any Kubernetes member can accept issues by applying the triage/accepted label.
