Remove docs page description from the page content header

We can define a page name and description with page metadata. The page name and description appears in index pages like this one.

The page description appears in both the index page and above the content of each page. We should configure the documentation website to only display the page description in the index page. This would make the kustomize documentation page consistent with kubernetes.io and remove a redundant description.
