Timeout on SSH after terraform setup.

Since when has it been failing ?

Reason for failure

The public ip obtained from terraform result in timeout. It might be a routing problem on our side or on elastx

@floryut or @yankay if you can take a look in the CI cluster ?

Yep. just tested by restarting an earlier runs which had failed and it pass :+1:
